Cleansing the body of parasites

A parasite that feeds and lives on the resources of the host organism

There is a wonderful and fair joke: "There are no healthy people, there are underserved. "And when we talk about some aspects of health, such as infection with parasites, then this is no longer a joke, but the real truth. According to WHO, today up to 1 billion people in the world are infected with parasites (for a minute that isa seventh of the world's population)! Only among the "classic" parasites - helminths - can almost fifty species live and thrive in the body of Homo Sapiens. And what about others: lice, single-celled lice (Chlamydia, Toxoplasma, Lamblia), fungi (Candida) and so on. . .

Not everyone is infected with parasites. Of course, among the population of third world countries or some islanders, literally every person suffers from parasitosis, but the higher a person's well-being and hygiene, the less likely he is to be sick. However, each of us has encountered parasites at least once in our lives (and usually much more often). Some of them remain their permanent hosts to this day. . . There is only one conclusion that can be drawn: if there is an infection, it is very important to cleanse the body of parasites.

Where do parasites come from?

They live in large quantities in the environment. We just don't see this because their eggs (if they are multicellular organisms) are usually small or microscopic. And there is no need to talk about parasitic microorganisms. For example, the parasitic fungus Candida is often found in soil, natural water bodies, on the surface of fruits, vegetables, objects, etc.

Processing vegetables and fruits helps to avoid infection with parasites

As a rule, a person becomes infected with parasites if he does not wash his hands and what he wants to eat particularly thoroughly, or does not prepare food properly (meat, eggs and poultry are infected with parasites).

Don't forget your pets either. Their fur and body are also full of unwanted inhabitants (fleas, worms, toxoplasma), especially if the cat or dog was picked up from the street or sometimes stays there.

In general, the man did not wash his hands, ate an undercooked schnitzel, stroked the dog - and received not only joy, but also an unexpected "friend" who will henceforth eat and live at his expense, and also take him for a walk as a source of infectionfor healthy people.

Not a pleasant prospect, is it? And that brings us back to the need for cleaning. At home, you can practice cleansing the body with tar, various teas, other herbal remedies, etc.

How to detect the presence of parasites in the body?

A general deterioration in health indicates the presence of parasites in the body.

Ideally, you need to undergo all imaginable and unimaginable tests that will reveal the presence of "territorial invaders" in your body. However, be prepared that the doctor will not give you a referral for free tests. The fact is that the phrase "Doctor, "I want to find out if I have parasites" is not accepted by doctors because health insurance companies only pay for the diagnosis and treatment of actual, unidentified problems. And one more minus: in some cases the tests are normal, but there are parasites in the body. . .

In general, seeking medical help is not a guarantee of 100% success and will cost you a pretty penny. So if you suspect the presence of parasites, get tested yourself, at least the two most important ones: feces for worm eggs and a swab for genital tract infections. These tests identify those forms of parasitosis that require immediate treatment under medical supervision.

If the results are negative and you feel generally good, you are most likely healthy and do not need to cleanse your body of parasites. However, if you have several symptoms that suggest infection, you cannot do without cleaning.

The presence of parasites in the body is indicated by weight loss, abnormal bowel movements, weakness, an unclear deterioration in general health, changes in appetite and an unhealthy appearance. For children – watch out! – Their presence is often indicated by incomprehensible skin symptoms such as psoriasis or allergic reactions.

Parasite cleansing methods

To get rid of parasites, you can practice cleaning methods. Medicines, herbs, birch tar - cleansing the body can be done in different ways. Below you will find those that are available at home.

Cleansing the body with mineral water

This strict recipe was used several decades ago not only in folk medicine, but also in official medicine. They "hunted" tapeworms using mineral water, a strict diet, and sometimes laxatives. The method was mostly effective, but difficult because patients were given almost no food for up to two weeks.

Cleansing the body with tar

Tar is a good remedy against external parasites: lice, scabies mites. Any doctor will confirm this. Some unofficial sources add that it can be diluted with water and taken orally to expel worms from the intestines.

Alternative medicine sources claim that taking birch tar is completely harmless: the body is cleansed within a few days and the product also has other effects, including against cancer. However, it should be noted that official medicine does not support oral administration. In addition, a few years ago it was found that long-term treatment with tar does not cure tumors, but, on the contrary, increases the number of cases of skin and mucous membrane cancer.

Teas to cleanse the body

There are a number of herbs that have a paralyzing and laxative effect on helminths. They are often used in cleaning practice. These are, for example, wormwood, pumpkin seeds, St. John's wort, sea buckthorn, cloves, green walnuts, black walnuts and so on. They are used individually or mixed in different proportions to prepare teas to cleanse the body, which are taken over a period of up to a month.

Preparations and nutritional supplements

A number of nutritional supplements have been developed based on antiparasitic plants. They can also be used for cleaning.

How effective is parasite cleansing?

This article did not list all existing methods of ridding the body of parasites. There are recommendations for cleansing with coconut milk, garlic, spices, and hundreds of other different products. But to tell the truth, they are ineffective.

In fact, even the recipes described above do not always guarantee life without parasites. The effect depends on the characteristics of the body, its susceptibility to certain drugs and the parasite itself (some, even if they live in the body in large quantities, are very difficult to get rid of). The state of immunity plays a big role: the weaker it is, the more pleasantly and longer the "squatters" use the resources of the owner's body.

To increase your chances of success with the cleanse, it is important to first strengthen your immune system. Taking an immunomodulator based on unique protein molecules helps to strengthen the body's defenses and prevent side effects caused by massive "cleansing". If you decide to take medication (and this, whatever one may say, is themost effective option), the remedy helps to reduce the consequences of its harmful effects on the liver and other organs.

And finally: do not relax even after getting rid of parasites. Immunity to them lasts a maximum of a year or even less. Afterwards you will become vulnerable to them again. So lead a lifestyle that minimizes the possibility of infection, and also do not forget to regularly repeat courses of an immunomodulator, which will make you more resistant not only to parasitosis, but to any disease in general.
